Job Description
- Manage and coordinate the Airport/terminal relocation and mobilization activities in collaboration with all team members, stakeholders and relevant agencies.
- Effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication.
- Manage stakeholder communications and collaboration.
- Define and implement the Airport Operational Readiness Program.
- Review the design documents and specifications of facilities and systems and assess operational requirements.
- Manage the collection, review and modification of standard operating procedures.
- Manage the development orientation and familiarization training courses that cover facility spaces, functions, systems and human resources.
- Manage the development of trial scripts and ensure alignment of these by applicable system or function.
- Coordinate operational readiness activities with applicable stakeholders.
- Generate reports related to progress of ORAT and actionable
- Maintain a list of Open Issues and drive the items to a logical closure
- Plan, budget, organize and evaluate Operational trials.
