Lead - PHE & FF Design - CSD - Real Estate

Purpose/Objective

Lead - PHE & FF, CSD at Adani Real Estate will be responsible for providing leadership in the planning, design, and implementation of Plumbing, Sanitary, and Firefighting systems for real estate projects. The role requires a dynamic professional with 10-15 years of experience in the Real Estate industry, possessing a strong understanding of PHE & FF systems, and a proven track record in project management and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities of Role

Purpose / Objective: Lead - PHE & FF, CSD at Adani Real Estate will be responsible for providing leadership in the planning, design, and implementation of Plumbing, Sanitary, and Firefighting systems for real estate projects. The role requires a dynamic professional with 10-15 years of experience in the Real Estate industry, possessing a strong understanding of PHE & FF systems, and a proven track record in project management and team leadership. Responsibilities: - Lead the PHE and FF design team and sould have sound knowledge of PHE and FF system design i. e. Water Quality, Source Distribution, Sanitory appliances, types of Drainage systems, Rain water storm water systems, Disinfections, Water treatments, Dry/wet/Downcomer FF systems, Gas suppression systems etc. - Shall have adequate understanding on selection of systems basis of usage and building types. - Should be well versed with local and international codes/ guidelines for PHE and FF systems, i. e. IPC, NBC, NFPA, local CFO norms, MOEF, IS codes, CGWA, CPHEEO etc. and ensure compliance of these regulations. - Shall review and approve the DBRS, Design calculations, Schematics, Layouts and Shop drawings. - Shall have hands on experience on calculations like Domestic Water demand, Sewage generations, Stormwater runoff and harvesting, FF water demand etc. - Shall review and approve the PHE and FF tenders, technical specifications, equipment schedules and technical data sheets. - Shall have knowledge of selection of various types of pumps, water treatment plants, ETPs, STPs, RO systems, Sprinkler, Hydrant and Drencher equipment’s and accessories. - Shall have knowledge of PHE and FF software’s like pipe net, Hydraulic analysis, Pump selections etc. - Shall have knowledge EC/ MOEF requirements, CFO requirements and shall coordinate with Liaison team and consultants for CFO, EC and PHE municipal approvals. - Responsible for day-to-day design review and coordination work involving Space planning, Equipment locations, PHE and FF piping etc. - Shall have basic knowledge of other related HVAC and electrical services. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate MEP systems and integrate PHE and FF solutions. - Provide technical expertise and guidance on sustainable and energy-efficient PHE systems, awareness of IGBC, LEED green building ratings. - Manage and oversee the execution of PHE & FF projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control. - Oversee the procurement and installation of PHE & FF equipment and materials, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. - Conduct regular site meetings, inspections and audits to ensure adherence to design specifications and safety standard including PHE and FF work progress review. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, contractors, and consultants to support project requirements. - Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in PHE & FF systems and implement best practices to drive continuous improvement. - Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. - Shall be well versed with testing and commissioning of PHE and FF systems, handing over taking over processes of all systems to end users.

Qualifications and Experience

- 10-15 years of experience in the Real Estate industry - Proven track record in leading the planning, design, and implementation of Plumbing Health Engineering, Sanitary, and Firefighting systems for real estate projects - Strong understanding of PHE & FF systems. - Experience in project management and team leadership - Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field
