Job Description
Qualitative Aspect:
- The individual should have in depth knowledge of Concrete mix design, having high convincing power, target oriented and adaptive to the changing scenarios. A multitasker with ability to withstand pressure the individual should have ability to take challenges.
Types of Sectors:
- Infrastructure, Building materials industry, RMC industry
Required Experience:
- 6-7 years of experience in Production & Quality of Concrete in RMC industry
- Maintenance of plant and equipment. Ensure BOS Compliance.
- Develop multi-skilling plant staff and manage working hours including attendance. Efficient including increase in usage of recycled water.
- Interact with customers and understand their specific requirements to allow mixed designs to be individually tailored. Develop new mixed designs and revise existing ones, whenever required as directed by Head-Technical. Ensure compliance with all Quality Assurance /Quality Control protocols as per BOS.
- Monitor testing of all concrete making ingredients for the RMC Plants in the clusters and conduct random quality checks and lab trials.
- Ensure all raw materials used comply with relevant Indian Standards as well as Company norms for quality and quantity. Endorse vendor qualification for all input raw materials market representation.
- Carry out regular inspection and review of all technical records and documentation on the testing of incoming raw materials as well as concrete.
- Ensure that necessary certification, calibration and inspection of equipment s such as Compression Testing Machine (CTM), weigh balances etc is carried out regularly as per Indian Standard requirements and Company norms.
- Plan & Schedule the production of concrete to deliver on time.
