Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Plant Head (PV module) at LOOM SOLAR PVT. LTD. in Faridabad/Palwal. The Plant Head will be responsible for overseeing plant operations, production planning, quality control, budgeting, and production management on a day-to-day basis. He should have good Knowledge of Troubleshooting machineries in case of shutdown.

Qualifications/Skills

• Plant Operations, Production Planning, and Production Management skills
  
• Quality Control and Budgeting skills
  
• Experience in manufacturing or production management
  
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Bachelors degree in Engineering/Diploma or related field
