Job Description
This role is crucial in Quality.Job Purpose-To plan & manage - Incoming checks/testing, In process testing, final testing, and customer inspection of all the products.
Responsible timely calibration, root cause analysis, QA system improvement. It ensures that product going out of company is fulfilling all functional & customer requirements.This is to detect all the defects & non-conformance at factory itself to ensure error free & reliable functioning at field.
Key Accountabilities:
-Managing daily quality related activities from IQC, In process quality control & final quality testing. Managing the customer inspection of regular production and contract repair.
Achieving the annual/monthly targeted budget decided by the managementExecution of Six sigma Projects resulting in customer complaint reduction & COPQ reduction & IPQ score increment.Ensuring
- System in place for All the activities in QA like FAI, Calibration, Vendor Audit/Inspection , Testing at in process & final level.Mitigation of all EHS risk during testing activity.
Enhance capacity of quality assurance function & Ensure Routine/Preventive maintenance of all the testing equipments (Load/Input etc.).Budgeting the CAPEX, Manpower & other requirements in QA as per organizations growth plan
