Cost Control - PMAG Professional

BE / B Tech with Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
Masters degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field is value added.

Experiences: 6- 10 years of experience in project control, cost management, and financial analysis, preferably in the renewable energy or infrastructure sector.
Proven track record in developing and implementing Project Plan, Monitoring and tracking the Projects schedules, cost control systems, managing project budgets, and conducting financial analysis.
Hands-on experience of Planning Tools like Primavera P6/ MSP/others and basic understanding of SAP/ ERP.

Establishing and Enforcing Project Control Standards: Establish and enforce project control standards and methodologies to ensure consistent project performance and compliance with organizational requirements.

Project Planning & Scheduling: Coordinate the development and release of Macro Project Schedules, ensuring inclusion of resources and material requirements within 30 days from receiving management go-ahead.

Cost Managment: Implement robust cost control mechanisms to manage project budgets effectively and monitor project costs closely. Develop and apply cost control strategies, release project EAC reports monthly with deviation analysis, and raise flags timely.

Analysis and Optimization of Project Plans: Ensure and review of Conduct comprehensive analysis of project plans to identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement using advanced planning techniques.
