• Site Visit
• Interaction with PDE
• Inventory Ageing
• Ensuring timely GRN recording
• Stores accounting review
• Conduct Physical inventory check and reporting gaps
• Material Transfer across projects
• Scrap Identification and disposal
• Transfer of surplus material to OM
• Vendor Invoice Verification and Payment
• Tracking unpaid vendor invoices with HO Banking
• Verification of ROW and Land documents
• Issuing DD/Cheques for smaller values and DD MIS
• Admin Cost Controlling
• Make Imprest payment and adjustments
• Idling of Machinery
• Support in audits
