Fire and Safety Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement effective fire safety policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with management to develop emergency response plans and conduct training sessions for employees on fire safety procedures.
• Investigate incidents involving fires or near-misses to determine root causes and recommend improvements.

Job Requirements :

• 7-15 years of experience in industrial safety, preferably in the chemicals industry.
• Strong knowledge of ADIS (Automatic Data Identification System) principles and practices.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing successful fire prevention programs.
