Job Description
- Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in IT management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive IT strategies across multiple properties, considering each propertys unique requirements.
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
- Manage IT projects, including system upgrades, network enhancements, and the implementation of new technologies.
- Ensure the security of IT systems and data, including the implementation of cybersecurity measures and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Provide technical support and training to staff across all properties.
- Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying and resolving issues to ensure optimal operation.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions that enhance efficiency and customer service.
- Maintain an inventory of IT assets and manage vendor relationships to ensure the timely procurement of necessary equipment and services.
- Prepare and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends and best practices in the hospitality industry.
