Purpose/Objective

The Sr. Architect (Stakeholder) - Design will play a pivotal role in the Airports industry, contributing to the design and development of airport infrastructure in Jaipur, Rajasthan. This position requires a seasoned professional with 10-15 years of experience in architecture, demonstrating a strong track record in stakeholder management, design conceptualization, and project execution. Key Responsibilities of Role

Roles and Responsibilities Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand project requirements, aligning design concepts with operational and business objectives Lead the design and development of airport infrastructure, ensuring compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental sustainability practices Manage the end-to-end architectural process, from conceptualization and schematic design to construction documentation and project execution Oversee the coordination of architectural plans, specifications, and materials selection, adhering to quality standards and cost-efficient practices Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress, address design-related issues, and provide timely solutions to stakeholders Drive innovation and continuous improvement in architectural design, leveraging emerging technologies and best practices to enhance project outcomes Communicate effectively with project teams, consultants, and government authorities to secure necessary approvals and permits for airport development projects Contribute to the evaluation of project proposals, design presentations, and architectural renderings, ensuring alignment with Adani's aesthetic and functional requirements Maintain a strong focus on stakeholder management, fostering positive relationships with clients, regulatory bodies, and community representatives to support project success and sustainability
