Job Description
- To prevent qualitative and quantitative losses by deciding on the appropriate aeration strategy.
- To ensure downtime reduction by following the preventive maintenance. Predictive maintenance and planned breakdown maintenance.
- Grain receipts dispatches as well as the efficient running of the plant equipment.
- Plan Develop systems and procedures to improve the operating quality and efficiency of the department
- Plan Execute day to day operations activity and Maintenance of Equipment.
- To manage Preventive and Predictive Maintenance Schedule of Plant Equipment.
- To ensure downtime reduction by following the preventive maintenance. Predictive maintenance and planned breakdown maintenance.
- Responsible for Maintenance of all mechanical equipment. To Ensure timely maintenance and Services of equipment and facility.
- Ensure all safety measures must be taken at site Ensure Zero accidents report.
- Responsible for keeping inventory of safety stocks of spares use in mechanical machineries.
- Supervise coordinate and schedule the activity of workers and ensure that safe working condition are observed.
- To ensure regular plant maintenance as per SOPs.
- To develop and coach existing talent in order to drive capability building and enhance team engagement and camaraderie.
- To ensure 100% adherence to safety norms for all personnel and staff .
- Manage and train to all technical and non-technical staff.
