Educational Qualification:-

Graduate

Experience:-

5+ years in related role

Strategic:-

1. Responsible for creation and management of critical documentation for the project, legal & other department. and retrieving as and when required.

Operational:-

1. To ensure proper document directory are created and signed, ensuring all data is accurate and that documents are stored and backed up and adhered to any retention policies are prescribed.
2. Keeping track of important project documents like project plans, blueprints, vendor, contract approvals and drawings.
3. Perform data entry when project documents for new and updated documents.
4. Handover/ Distribute documents to managers, vendors, and team members.
5. Ensuring documents are converted in electronic format.
6. Organizing files by proper numbering, sorting, filling, and retrieval methods.
7. Communicating deadlines to the projects team for document delivery.
8. Preparing OM (Operations Maintenance) manuals and maintains all projects documents in accordance with the index defined by the team.
