- Demonstrated success in managing construction projects of varying scales
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Plan and oversee construction projects from start to completion
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to determine the specifications of the project
- Ensure compliance with building and safety regulations
- Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings
- Manage and monitor construction budgets and schedules
- Provide leadership and guidance to the construction team
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality and safety standards are met
- Address any issues or delays that may arise during construction
- Communicate project progress and updates to key stakeholders
- Utilize innovative construction methods to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness
