Role & responsibilities
- Finance & Accounting processes understanding to map As Is process and To Be process designing
- Understand the volumetrics to measure effort estimation and calculate FTE
- Well versed with Transition methodology, Toll Gates and approach till stabilization / BAU
- Ability to manage stakeholders and must have strong governance along with documentation during various Project phases
- Proven track record and relevant experience of Transition and Project management in F&A shared service domain
- Expertise in SSC KPI reporting
- Monthly Analytics & MIS on Book hygiene
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools mainly PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio
Preferred candidate profile
- Six Sigma certification Green Belt / Black Belt
- Knowledge on ISO / Quality framework
- ERP: SAP (Preferable)
