Key skills for the job
Role & responsibilities
1. Client-facing and responsible for planning, organizing, and transitioning the key business process.
2. Requires a strong understanding of the healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) business 3. Ability to independently handle transitioning of new procedures
4. Liaise with the Business for system and access requirements.
5. Co-ordinate with client and internal stakeholders for successful knowledge transfer.
6. Maintain the transition plan. Adhere to the schedule.
7. Develop SOP (Through software tutorials/client call/zoom conferences), discuss all exceptions and process gaps with the POC and document the SOP & QC matrix.
8. Review the drafted SOP with the POC and get the same approved.
9. Provide training for the team.
10. Conduct Testing and job shadowing.
11. Review operation readiness and hand off the project to Operations Team.
12. Team Management - Effectively implement HR and Operations policies, manage team members and drive people to adhere to schedule (if required)
Preferred candidate profile
1. Preferred from BPO Industry.
2. Must be comfortable for night shift. (US Shift)
