W e are looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Head to lead our Oil and Gas projects in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have 15-25 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry with expertise in CGD, Pipeline, CNG, LNG, and project execution. As a Project Head, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful planning, execution, and completion of various oil and gas projects while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. What we need:

• 25-30years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry
• Demonstrated expertise in CGD, Pipeline, CNG, LNG, and project execution
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex oil and gas projects
• Experience in managing and leading project teams
• Strong knowledge of industry regulations and standards

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of oil and gas projects all India Regions .
• Develop and implement project plans, including scope, budget, and schedule
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle
• Oversee the coordination of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
• Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate project status and updates effectively
• Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project delivery
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and industry best practices

Education Qualification

• BE/BTECH in Petroleum, Mechanical, Chemical, or related engineering field

Technical Skills

• Expertise in CGD (City Gas Distribution) projects
• Proven track record in managing Pipeline, CNG, and LNG projects
• In-depth knowledge of project execution within the Oil and Gas industry
• Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools for project management
