Team Member - DT Compliance

Purpose/Objective: To provide timely and accurate tax advice to business on various aspects of M&A, transfer pricing and tax structure by ensuring proper compliance, assessment and tax audit

Key Responsibilities of Role

1. Assist and execute group tax strategic and structuring initiatives
2. Ensure timely and accurate direct tax compliances and due diligence
3. Ensure preparations of replies against various Income tax issues raised by the business.
4. Compilation, review and Co-ordinate with auditors for transfer pricing documentation and Tax Audit
5. Provide tax opinions to internal and business stake holders with regards to change in business models
6. Liaise with tax consultants on regular basis in respect of various tax compliances, tax advisory, tax representation and tax litigations
7. Comply with Tax dashboard requirements, and preparation of various documents for management discussion & analysis.
8. Drive standardization, simplification & best practice sharing across all processes / businesses. review and suggest ways of improvements
