Assistant General Manager - Direct Tax (7-12 yrs)

- Responsible for all Direct Tax matters of the company related to Tax returns, reporting and MIS, statutory compliances, Tax assessment , Tax department coordination , Tax planning, Transfer Pricing & International Taxation.

- Responsible for filing all Direct Tax returns as per timelines including advance tax planning and submission.

- Responsible for efficient tax Direct planning for the company ensuring that we avail all tax benefits applicable to the company.

- Handling all departmental queries and Assessment orders

- Nurturing relationship with tax authorities and maintaining cordial relations with tax department

- Represent the company in all tax and legal cases before the authorities and help in resolving the same.

- Responsible for successful completion of various tax audits

- Representing company in various forums, tax advocacy i.e. representations to govt. authorities for the benefit of the industry
