Transmission Line Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, plan, and execute the erection of transmission lines (400kV) using various types of foundations such as concrete piers, steel towers, and H-frame structures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of projects from design to commissioning.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Develop detailed reports on project status, budget variances, and quality control metrics.

Job Requirements :

• 3-14 years of experience in transmission line engineering or a related field.
• Strong understanding of 400kV transmission systems and their components (e.g., conductors, insulators).
• Proficiency in designing foundation designs for high-voltage applications (concrete piers/steel towers/H-frames).
• Experience with row-level planning and coordination for large-scale infrastructure projects.
