Assistant Manager F&A

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage accounts payable process from invoicing to payment, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth execution of financial transactions.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities for cost savings, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to negotiate better terms and improve overall supplier performance
• Handle all accounts payable processes, including proper checking and certification of bills as per contract and GST compliance.
• Review and coordinate vendor advances for necessary adjustments and clearance of open GR/IR, open PR, PO, and SO.
• Prepare daily bills submission MIS and circulate to all concerned parties for bill processing's.
• Reconcile intercompany balances and review retention and hold amount payments.
• Support the preparation of monthly provisions and follow-up with the site team for clearing old provisions.
• Attend to internal and external audits, respond to queries, and resolve with proper documentation.
• Support site F&A head in implementing business excellence, technology, and automation initiatives in F&A.

Job Requirements :

• 1-8 years of experience in finance & accounting,
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, including general ledger management and accounts
