Enterprise Architecture

Roles & Responsibilities :

Enterprise Architecture Strategy & Framework

• Develop, implement, and continuously refine the EA framework, including principles, standards, and roadmaps, ensuring alignment between IT and OT strategies and the organizations business goals.
• Lead the integration of IT and OT systems through a unified architectural approach to drive operational and business efficiency.
• Define and manage a comprehensive data architecture, including data models, flow diagrams, and lifecycle management strategies, ensuring data quality, integrity, and security across the enterprise.

Strategic Planning

• Collaborate with business and IT leaders to understand organizational objectives and ensure that the enterprise architecture aligns with and supports these goals.
• Contribute to the creation of IT and OT strategies, developing actionable roadmaps that align technology initiatives with the long-term business vision.
• Identify opportunities to optimize and enhance existing technology and systems for operational efficiency and alignment with business goals.

Governance & Compliance

• Define and enforce architecture governance processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational objectives.
• Conduct architecture reviews and audits to ensure consistency and adherence to architecture principles and standards.
• Oversee the solution design process, ensuring all technology solutions adhere to enterprise architecture standards and are aligned with strategic business goals.

Enterprise Architecture Artifacts Management

• Develop, manage, and govern key EA artifacts, including principles, standards, models, and strategic roadmaps.
• Ensure all EA artifacts are version-controlled, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant stakeholders for informed decision-making.
• Facilitate the use of EA artifacts to support and guide alignment between technology decisions and business objectives.

Cloud & Infrastructure Strategy

• Guide the implementation of cloud and on-premises platforms, ensuring that they meet the organizations strategic business and technology goals.
• Advise on optimizing cloud and infrastructure platforms for scalability, performance, and cost-effectiveness, ensuring alignment with evolving business needs.

Lifecycle Management

• Lead the modernization of legacy systems, ensuring seamless integration with new technologies while preserving business continuity.
• Oversee application portfolio management, driving the rationalization and optimization of applications to reduce complexity and improve operational efficiency.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with business leaders, IT stakeholders, and external partners to communicate architecture decisions and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Foster strong relationships between business and technical teams to ensure architecture decisions support business outcomes and technology transformation.

Risk Management & Security

• Integrate risk management strategies into architecture, focusing on cybersecurity and data protection, particularly in IT-OT integrated environments.
• Develop and maintain resilience, disaster recovery, and business continuity strategies, ensuring that the architecture is adaptable to changing business and security requirements.

Experience:

• 7 -10 years of experience in IT, including 2+ years in an Enterprise Architecture role with a focus on architecture governance and strategy.
• Strong exposure to IT & OT system integration and architecture alignment.
• Experience with cloud-native architecture, hybrid cloud environments, and optimizing enterprise infrastructure for scalability and cost-efficiency.

Technical Skills:

• In-depth understanding of enterprise architecture governance.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and hybrid IT infrastructures.
• Understanding of integrating IT systems with operational technologies (OT)
• Broad understanding of security architecture, cybersecurity principles, data protection, security compliance, and cloud security
