- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Masters degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management (preferred)
- Coordinate with mechanical vendors to ensure timely procurement of equipment and materials
- Manage vendor relationships and monitor their performance to ensure compliance with project requirements
- Collaborate with the project team to develop procurement strategies and plans
- Review and negotiate vendor contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the organization
- Oversee the inspection and testing of procured materials to verify quality and adherence to specifications
- Resolve any vendor-related issues and discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide regular updates to the project team and stakeholders on vendor coordination activities
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements in all vendor-related activities
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement processes and vendor management practices
- Participate in the evaluation and selection of new vendors to support project needs
