- He/She will be responsible for developing and implementing multichannel marketing strategies that drive growth and enhance the organization's brand presence and work closely with the Business Heads to help develop and execute marketing and communications plans for specific offerings across all Business Units.
- Responsible for creating detailed end-to-end brand marketing communications, content, and go-to-market strategies, as well as running campaigns.
- Design and implement targeted campaigns by thoroughly understanding the target audience and working towards segmentation identification, proposition mapping, and design.
- Follow through on contacts and leads generated to accelerate the sales pipeline.
- Update company collateral by designing creative materials based on target profiling.
- Brand Strategy: Craft and implement brand strategies that stand out in a crowded marketplace. Develop new identities that challenge traditional norms while staying true to the brand's core values.
- Creative Campaigns: Design and oversee creative campaigns that blend the avant-garde with the everyday.
- Develop and execute focused direct marketing campaigns (inside sales) to generate high-value leads.
- Trendsetter: Stay ahead of the curve by anticipating trends and leading the charge in new creative territories-whether through pop culture references, emerging technologies, or entirely new creative directions.
- Content Creation: Build creative content across the company, including proposition decks, videos, battlecards, podcasts, flyers, blogs, etc.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure that the creative vision is executed consistently across all touchpoints. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive, impactful communications.
- Concept Development: Generate bold, offbeat ideas for new product launches, brand activations, and interactive experiences.
- Visual Storytelling: Use your unique perspective to craft narratives that are both visually striking and deeply impactful, creating brand stories that are memorable and authentic.
- Brand Voice & Identity: Reimagine and refine the brand's voice, tone, and overall aesthetic. Cultivate a fresh, quirky brand personality that resonates with the audience on a personal level.
Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the legal or technology industry. Proven experience in running online B2B campaigns.
- Strong understanding of building and executing thought leadership content and programs.
- Experience in designing and running international B2B direct marketing campaigns.
- Deep understanding of S-T-P (segmentation, targeting, and positioning).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with experience overseeing the development of creative copy and visuals.
- Experience in personally managing direct marketing campaigns across channels, especially LinkedIn, email, and 1:1 calls.
- A hands-on, self-starter who can work independently and consistently strives to do their best work.
- MBA in Marketing from top-tier B-school.
- Work experience in an advertising or direct marketing firm and/or in the marketing department of a technology solutions, KPO, or consulting firm.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail.
- Ability to navigate a matrix organization and influence people at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work with design tools, e.g., Figma.
