GM / AGM - External Communications

The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing the external communications of the organization. This position aims to build and enhance customer perceptions of the premium portfolio through earned and owned media channels. The role works closely with the Premium Marketing team to profile the brands and provides guidance to international markets on communication related to the Premium portfolio.

Role Description:

- Position the premium products and portfolio as the epitome of engineering, design, and technology.

- Partner with brand teams to conceptualize and deliver communication campaigns that drive market share growth.

- Create campaigns and PR programs to launch and elevate the stature of new brand launches in India and global markets.

- Manage potential crises that may arise on earned and owned media channels, in partnership with the respective teams.

- Lead outsourced teams and resources to deliver on plans and achieve targets for the year.

Qualification & Experience:

- Should be a graduate; an MBA is preferred.

- Minimum 10 years of external communications experience, preferably from the automobile industry.
