Data Entry Associate

Who we are looking for:

The Data Entry associate’s primary objection is to help ACV in collecting and updating marketplace data in order to optimize marketing and sales targets and provide other valuable data-based insights.

What you will do:

• Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
• Monitor and count total addressable market capacity for current and potential dealer partners
• Verify and collect critical ACV dealer partner information, such as website, address, and contact information and update within Salesforce
• Retrieve and manage data from various sources for reports and analysis 
• Review data for errors and inconsistencies, making necessary corrections
• Assist with data cleanup and validation efforts
• Maintain and organize digital records through various databases, spreadsheets and software
• Follow all company policies on data security and confidentially
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

What you will need:

• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Any experience with data entry preferred
• Proficiency in GSuite and Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
• Experience with database management systems and navigating search engines
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently
• Ability to work Independently and meet deadlines.
