Data Entry Operator

Job Description:

Aarvee Denims & Exports LTD. is seeking a Data Entry Operator with hands-on experience in ERP systems and advanced knowledge of Excel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering and managing data in our ERP system, ensuring high accuracy, and supporting various administrative functions with the efficient use of Excel. The role demands strong attention to detail and the ability to handle large volumes of data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter and maintain data in ERP software
• Ensure data integrity within the ERP system by regularly updating and verifying information related to inventory, sales, purchases, and other operational data.
• Create and manage Excel spreadsheets for reports, data analysis, and tracking.
• Ensure accuracy of the data entered into the system by cross-checking information and making necessary corrections.
• Generate various reports using ERP and Excel, assisting different departments with their data needs.
• Process incoming data requests and update records in a timely manner.
• Regularly back up data and maintain confidentiality in accordance with company policies.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth data exchange and accuracy.
• Perform general office tasks related to data entry, like filing, organizing digital files, and assisting other teams with ad-hoc requests.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a data entry role with expertise in ERP systems and Excel.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring minimal errors during data entry.
• Ability to work efficiently with large datasets and meet deadlines without compromising accuracy.
• Good written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with different teams.
• Ability to resolve discrepancies and issues related to data entry independently.
