Assistant To Partner

• Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails, and interfacing with clients
  
• Managing partnerscalendars, schedule meetings and appointments
  
• Acting as the point of contact among partners, internal team, clients, and other external stakeholders
  
• Take minutes during meetings
  
• Payment reconciliation
  
• Uphold a strict level of confidentiality

Requirements

• Graduate / Postgraduate in any stream
  
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant reporting directly to senior management
  
• Microsoft Office skills
  
• Relevant work experience in international ticketing, hotel booking and visa processing
  
• Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties
  
• Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
  
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
  
• Friendly and professional demeanor
