Associate Director

JOB PURPOSE:

We are seeking an experienced HRIT Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in large-scale HR transformation projects, leading integrations, and providing support for ERP implementations. This role requires a deep understanding of HR processes, technology, and data management to enhance our HR systems and processes.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

HR Transformation Leadership:

• Lead large-scale HR transformation initiatives to streamline and enhance HR processes.
• Develop and implement HR technology strategies to support organizational goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  

ERP Implementation Support:

• Provide support for ERP implementation projects, focusing on HR modules.
• Ensure that HR data and processes align with ERP requirements.
• Collaborate with Enablement / support teams (Finance, IT, Admin etc) to address system configuration and data migration issues
  

Integration Management:

• Oversee the integration of various HR systems, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.
• Manage the implementation of new HR technologies and their integration with existing systems.
• Coordinate with IT and third-party vendors to resolve integration issues
  

User Support and Training:

• Deliver exceptional end-user support by promptly attending to inquiries, resolving system-related concerns, and effectively troubleshooting issues
• Create and deliver instructional resources and sessions to educate users on the functionality, optimal approaches, and latest enhancements of HR systems and Oracle HCM modules
  

Compliance and Governance:

• Audit and enforce security policies, role-based access controls, and data privacy standards
• Ensure data integrity and security within HR systems.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in HRIT, with a focus on large-scale global HR transformation projects.
• Proven experience in leading HR system integrations and finance ERP implementation support.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and technology solutions.
• Experience with cloud-based HR systems (e.g., Oracle, Darwin Box etc).
• Proficiency in HRIS, ERP systems, and data management tools.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
