Position Title- Senior Professional -Contract Management & Reporting

Location - Gurgaon

Experience- 6+yrs

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for reviewing, and documenting all daily Contractual changes and New Engagements for Management reporting
• Ensuring Delivery Resource Tracking System is updated to reflect latest contractual status
• Tracking and reviewing contract renewals and amendment
• Tracking and reporting of contractual changes
• Ensuring contractual database and supporting management
• Preparing contracts MIS reports for management
• Perform reconciliation between contract commercials and client billing
• Support in projects activities
• Support senior leadership on ad hoc request

Key Competencies:

B.com (H) + CA(Inter)/MBA/ CMA/CA

• Process oriented mindset and detail orientation
• Ability to implement and adhere to internal controls
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to coordinate and interact effectively with Senior management
• Flexible to work in different time zone
• Pro-activeness and adhering to timelines
• Strong in MS excel
