Analyst - Marketing Collaterals/Client Reporting

Role & responsibilities

1. Work with Funds and ETF structuring teams of global Asset and Wealth Management Company
2. Coordinate and communicate with various teams for input data, translators and compliance teams
3. Create / update bespoke client reports, performance reports and Fund competitor / peer analysis
4. Create/update client marketing material (Factsheets, Brochures, Sales Ideas, Flyers, Pitch-books and Strategy updates) for mutual funds, ETFs and alternative investments
5. Review reports prepared by internal and onshore team
6. Seamless project management of RFP/DDQs from start to finish while ensuring accurate and timely completion
7. Collate generic responses from a centralized knowledgebase (RFP library) to answer standard qualitative questions
8. Source key financial statistics from proprietary/vendor managed databases and platforms to answer standard quantitative questions
9. Collaborate with product partners and subject matter experts (SMEs) to collate responses for dynamic and nonstandard quantitative and qualitative questions Package final deliverables (executive summary, Q&A doc, supporting attachments etc.) per client instructions

Preferred candidate profile

1. Post Graduate/MBA in Finance - Fresher
2. CFA pursuant would have a distinct advantage
3. Good understanding of Finance concepts and knowledge of Capital Markets
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, thoughts are well structured and articulated
5. Passionate about learning new things and flexible about tasks
