Loan Operations (US Shift 9PM to 5PM IST) - Associate/Sr. Associate

Comfortable working in US Shift - 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM IST

Role & responsibilities

• Experience at loan level documentation review and transaction analysis.

• Pre closing loan reviewing and post loan booked QC.

• Ability to identify and define problems with documentation, loan origination systems, internal
processes and procedures; research and analyze information and various situations relating to
data management issues

• Review moderate to complex loan documentation.

• Reviewing of mortgage and other legal documents.

• Strong knowledge of loan processing workflow and credit underwriting principals, and ability to
apply critical thinking techniques to department audits.

• Excellent understanding of US loan agreements, mortgage and other documents

• Good knowledge of JHA Jack Henry Association and salesforce applications.

Preferred Candidate profile

• 3 -5 years of work experience, preferably in Banking/Mortgage Loan Operations

• Candidate should be open to work in night shifts

• Strong verbal & written communication to effectively communicate with stakeholders

• Commerce Graduate / MBA (Finance)

• Exhibit high levels of attention to detail
