CAD / Mid Office- Manager

Role & responsibilities

1. File Verification & Document Review:
   
• Check login files thoroughly as per company credit policy.
• Pull consumer/commercial CIBIL and CRIF reports.
• Request necessary documents from the sales team for the PD (Personal Discussion) process.
• Initiate technical and legal verification visits as required.
2. Personal Discussion (PD) Process:
   
• For Salaried Customers:
  
• Conduct telephonic PD to understand the customer's family background, current job profile, previous job details, additional income sources, property details, and credit history (CIBIL/CRIF DPD reasons).
• For Self-Employed Non-Professional (SENP) Customers:
  
• Conduct physical PD at the customer's workplace.
• Assess business profile, previous work experience, income sources, property details, credit history, and gather feedback from neighbors.
• Collect necessary documents for income calculation.
3. Decision & Approval Process:
   
• If PD observations are positive, request additional documents from the sales team if required, then submit the case for approval.
• If PD observations are negative, highlight key concerns and recommend case rejection to the State Credit Manager.
• Once approved by the State Credit Manager or higher authority (as per the deviation matrix), initiate RCU (Risk Control Unit) verification for office/business, residence, and property checks based on sanction conditions.
