Job Purpose

The Lead Executive Recruiter will oversee and execute the complete recruitment lifecycle for various positions within the Investment Banking department. This role demands a strategic thinker with a comprehensive understanding of the recruitment process, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to cultivate strong relationships with both hiring managers and candidates. The individual will be pivotal in ensuring the organization attracts and secures top talent to drive business success.
Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
• Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
• Oversee the entire recruitment life cycle.
• Coordinate and execute campus drives, from initial contact to final recruitment.
• Recruit for various roles in Investment Banking, including Analytics, Capital Markets, Debt Markets, Quant Qual, Project Finance, Healthcare, and Paralegal positions.
• Generate accurate recruitment-related reports for department heads.
• Maintain a continuous pipeline of candidates, conducting interviews and building relationships.
• Participate in job fairs, career events, and other recruitment activities as needed.

Key Competencies

• Graduate or MBA with a strong academic background.
• 2-6 years of relevant experience, preferably in non-IT/BFSI roles
• Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly motivated, hardworking, and enthusiastic.
• Team player with energy and drive
