Role: The Business Development Lead (BDL) for our inside sales team is responsible for driving the growth of the platform by generating, qualifying, and nurturing leads through inbound and outbound sales activities. This role focuses on identifying opportunities within the e-commerce space, converting leads into clients, and building strong relationships to ensure long-term success. The BDL will work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to implement strategies that increase platform adoption and revenue.


Responsibilities:


  • Seller Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts and ensure their satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support. Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor and understanding their evolving needs.
  • Business development: Account managers work to find opportunities to increase their sales and drive additional business with clients.
  • Client Retention & Growth: Proactively work with clients to understand their goals and objectives. Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and maximizing revenue from existing accounts.
  • Onboarding & Training: Lead the onboarding process for new clients effectively and help them to increase their sales through the platform. Provide continuous education to clients about new features and best practices to optimize their usage of the platform.
  • Account Strategy: Account managers prepare reports on account status and forecast and track key account metrics. Regularly evaluate the performance of each account, tracking key metrics, and ensuring their goals are met.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, product, and customer support) to ensure clients needs are being met. Ensure smooth communication between clients and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and deliver solutions promptly.

Skills & Qualifications:


  • Preferred 6 months of sales experience in B2B E-commerce.( Freshers are welcome )
  • Strong understanding of E-commerce platforms, supply chain management and account management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively persuade and influence others.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.Goal-oriented and results-driven mindset.

Work Details:


  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday
  • Timings: 10 - 7 pm

Location: Vi-John Tower, 393, Udyog Vihar Phase 3 Rd, Phase II, Udyog Vihar, Sector 20, Gurugram, Haryana 122016
