Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Sales Generation: Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers in the target market.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Business Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.
  • Product Knowledge: Gain in-depth knowledge of the company's product range, including paper bags for food handling and retail.
  • Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver effective sales presentations to potential and existing customers

Preferred candidate profile

  • Proven sales experience in the packaging or food service industry is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.

An incentive of 5% of total sales above the target will be provided as a reward for achieving and exceeding sales goals. This is designed to recognise and reward outstanding performance.


Travel Allowance - INR.2000 per month
