Context
Overall responsible for supporting the marketing efforts of the company's portfolio of products. The candidate will lead on ground offline marketing efforts of the company to build brand visibility, activities, activations, partnerships, event management among others. Will also be responsible for executing key marketing initiatives on ground in the market and in communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Will be responsible for developing, executing, measuring, and reporting marketing campaigns and lead generation activities to support sales and drive the success of high-impact marketing initiatives.
- The successful candidate will drive digital and print marketing content and manage marketing programs that effectively position ACT products to generate sales leads for the business.
- Will also be part of the marketing team's effort to plan, direct, and implement the company's corporate brand and overall marketing communications strategy.
- Will be responsible for marketing and communications deliverable that include conference, events and trade show participation, the development and distribution of sales enablers, and other collateral.
- Responsible for delivering cost savings in ATL/BTL investments.
- Responsible for growing visibility and customer engagement in Community (MDUs).
- Responsible for liaising with corporate contacts, building and developing partnerships to further brand interests like lead generation, brand visibility, etc.
- Work with external partners and other departments internally - IT, Tech, Legal, Purchase,Finance, etc. for smooth operations and to deliver on all the above objectives, as and when needed.
Educational & Experience requirements:
- MBA with 3+ years of relevant work experience (OR) Industry experience of 6+ years in offline marketing.
- ATL/BTL/Outdoor/Community experience is must.
- Must have good knowledge and experience of MS Office.
- Must work well with sales teams and partner with business heads to deliver brand and business KPIs.
- Must be open to extensive travel/market visits and relocation, if required. Will be based in Delhi.
