Job Description:
- COEs with focus on Payroll.
Management:
- Experience in the aviation sector is an added advantage.
- Oversee and supervise the organization's HR Shared Service functions including payroll, ensure all SOP's are adhered, accurately, and in compliance with government regulations.
- Responsible for managing Operations Domestic and International.
Key Accountabilities:
Strategic Activities:
- Develop, implement, and review payroll processing and Life cycle systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions, Operations, Exit Management, Onboarding etc.
- Build a high performing HR Shared Services Team that drives results through a simple, easy to understand structure that makes HR adaptable and efficient demonstrate ability to drive ongoing improvements through standardizing, automating and consolidating processes in support of HR strategy goals.
- Stay up to date with laws, regulations, contracts, policies, procedures, and controls governing payroll operations across the region.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices to streamline operations and improve service quality.
- Collaborate with HR business partners and other departments to align HR services with organizational goals and objectives.
- Ensure all HR processes comply with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- HR metrics and prepare reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop a framework to measure HRSS performance, including SLAs, KPIs, and associated metrics.
Team Management:
- Provide direction and advice to the direct reports in performing their delegated responsibilities.
- Oversee the overall performance of direct reports and ensure and ensure KPI's are well communicated and monitored.
- Ensure effective identification, allocation and utilization of the division's human, financial, logistical, and technological resources.
- Ensure adherence to all statutory and regulatory compliances any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work.
- The same would be suitably represented in the primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent, reporting officer and HR.
