Role & responsibilities
1.Sourcing and Recruiting Candidates:
Use various channels (job boards, social media, networking, referrals, recruitment agencies) to find and attract candidates.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of talent for current and future hiring needs.
2. Screening and Interviewing:
Review resumes and applications to screen for qualified candidates.
Conduct initial interviews (phone, video, or in-person) to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
3. Job Advertising and Employer Branding:
Create compelling job descriptions and post them on various job boards and company websites.
Promote the company's employer brand to attract top talent and increase the organization's visibility as an employer of choice.
4. Candidate Engagement:
Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing feedback and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Build relationships with potential candidates even if there is no immediate need, for future hiring.
5. Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
Work closely with hiring managers to understand their team's needs and to align on candidate profiles and job specifications.
Provide advice and guidance to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
6. Managing the Interview Process:
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Help evaluate candidate performance and provide feedback to both candidates and hiring managers.
7. Offer Management:
Extend offers to candidates, negotiate compensation and benefits packages, and ensure a smooth transition to onboarding.
8. Data Management and Reporting:
Track recruiting metrics (e.g., time to fill, quality of hire, cost per hire) and prepare reports for senior management to optimize the hiring process.
