Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze project requirements and match the right resources based on skills, availability, and project timelines.
• Create and manage resource plans to ensure optimal staffing levels across all projects.
• Forecast and anticipate future resource requirements based on business pipeline and upcoming projects.
• Monitor resource utilization and suggest improvements to maximize efficiency.
• Develop strategies to balance the workload across teams and ensure even distribution of work.
• Maintain a database of resource availability, skills, and assignments.
• Work closely with department heads, project managers, and HR to assess staffing needs and provide updates on resource availability.
• Coordinate with recruitment teams to address immediate and future resource needs.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in IT Recruitment or RMG.
• Experience in IT, consulting, or services industries is preferred.
