Associate - RMG

The RMG Associate will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Resource Management Group. This position requires coordination, communication, and analytical skills to manage and allocate resources efficiently, ensuring that projects are adequately staffed, and operational goals are met. The successful candidate will work closely with project managers, team leads, and other stakeholders to understand resource requirements, track utilization, and help optimize resource allocation across various departments.

• Resource Allocation:

  • Coordinate and allocate resources (people, equipment, etc.) based on project requirements, skill sets, and availability.
  • Collaborate with department leads and project managers to ensure the right resources are available for each project.

• Utilization Management:

  • Monitor and track the utilization of resources across various teams to ensure optimal efficiency.
  • Identify underutilized resources and work with management to redeploy or adjust workloads as needed.

• Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate resource records, including availability, skills, and project assignments.
  • Provide regular reports on resource utilization, availability, and project status to senior management.
  • Analyze trends in resource allocation and recommend adjustments for improved productivity.

• Stakeholder Communication:

  • Serve as a point of contact for team members and managers regarding resource needs, availability, and project changes.
  • Communicate potential resource conflicts or shortages to management and propose solutions.

• Training & Development:

  • Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in resource management.
