As an Operations Manager at CRG, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our IT services operations. Your primary responsibilities will include resource management, resource time sheet management, client feedback management, understanding new resource requirements, and preparing client invoices. You will collaborate closely with various teams to enhance our operational efficiency and maintain high client satisfaction levels.

Key Responsibilities
Resource Management
Oversee the allocation and utilization of resources effectively to meet project demands.
Continuously assess resource availability and needs to ensure optimal staffing levels.
Develop and implement resource allocation strategies to maximize productivity.

Assess the skill sets needed and identify suitable resources from the talent pool.
Coordinate with HR and recruitment teams for resource acquisition if required.
Prepare accurate and timely client invoices based on project milestones and resource utilization.
Ensure compliance with client contracts and billing terms.
Collaborate with the finance department to resolve billing discrepancies.
Continuously improve operational processes related to resource management and client billing.
Identify opportunities for automation and optimization to enhance efficiency.
Client Communication
Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on resource allocation and project progress.

Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Engineering. Additional skills on business management, operations management, or a related field. MBA would be added advantage.
Proven experience in operations management within the IT services industry.
Strong understanding of resource management, time sheet management, and client billing processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and resource management software.
