Job Description
Experience 8-10 years of marketing experience in IT or ITES companies
- Developing strategies and tactics to boost the company s brand and service offerings and drive qualified traffic to the website
- Deploying successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution
- Experimenting with various organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis
- Manage all marketing campaigns for the company and align with various OEM Partners
- Work with OEM Channel Partner Marketing Managers to determine and develop thorough budgets, expense estimations, and targets and plan the annual marketing plan and work on the quarterly calendar
- Align creative direction with the strategic goals of the company and OEM Partner
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
- Prepare a roadmap for advertisement and sales promotions and specify the channels of distribution.
- Create and implement marketing strategy, and inventive marketing tactics for all types of channels
- Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
- Manage public relations and identify channels for external mentions, if any
- Promote the business, services and solutions, and organize lead generation events
- Ensure the right messaging is communicated to the right audience and thus attract prospective customers and retain existing ones
- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely and ensure MDF allocations and claim submissions in a timely manner
- Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals and KPIs for each campaign
- Conduct market research to find new avenues and channels, to engage with your customers and adjust the email and advertising campaigns accordingly
- Analyse market trends and keep track of competitors and their marketing strategies
