ACL Digital - Java Technical Lead - ORM/Spring Boot/PostgreSQL (5-10 yrs)

Job Description :

- 6 to 9 years of experience in Java/J2EE

- Experience in related technologies (Mandatory) Java/J2EE, Spring Framework, Junit

- Experience in related technologies (Good to have) Active MQ, Camel (routing engine), Jenkins, Maven

- Proficient in building enterprise application using Java /J2EE technologies with Sprint/Spring boot micro services.

- Well-versed with designing concepts and design patterns

- Experience in Database programming (SQL queries/stored procedures) using various Database tools such as PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server

- Proficient in Database design along with good designing experience and strong understanding on design patterns

- Excellent understanding of Object oriented design and development & SOA

- Adhere to coding standards and process/quality standards defined

- Coding and unit testing of application components using object oriented concepts

- Write automated unit test cases and ensure 100% code coverage using JUnit testing framework and code analysis

- Enterprise Messaging ActiveMQ, Web Services

- Strong debugging and trouble-shooting skills

- Retail Domain Knowledge

- Prior experience with Java migration projects

- Should work with Business Analysts to understand requirements and implement

- Design & develop Proof-of-concepts as required

- Good understanding on XML & Web services

- Excellent verbal and written interpersonal communication skills are mandatory

- Good exposure to UI skills for building Web Application using HTML, CSS, JavaScript

- Agile/Scrum experience, excellent communication skills, Flexible timings & quick learner

- Define and ensure that the code follows coding standards and best practices

- Strong code review skills to enforce best/secure coding practices & guidance to Developers

- Follow source code management best practices and lead code merge activities

- Experience in Component & Application integration

- Interface with the testing team and re-mediate/track defects to closure
