Job Description :

Core Responsibilities :

- Design and develop high-performance, scalable applications using Java Spring Boot framework while following best practices and design patterns

- Lead technical architecture discussions and make key decisions regarding application design, infrastructure, and technology stack

- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and establish coding standards and best practices for the team

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, plan sprints, and deliver high-quality solutions within deadlines

- Optimize existing applications for maximum speed and scalability while maintaining code quality and reliability

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues while ensuring minimal system downtime

Technical Requirements :

- 5-6 years of professional software development experience, with at least 4 years focused on Java Spring Boot

- Expert-level knowledge of Java 8+ features, Spring Framework (especially Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Security)

- Strong experience with :

1. Microservices architecture and RESTful web services

2. Database design and ORM frameworks (Hibernate/JPA)

3. Message brokers (Kafka/RabbitMQ)

4. Caching solutions (Redis/Hazelcast)

5. Container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)

6. CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

- Proficient understanding of :

1. Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)

2. Testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito)

3. Version control systems (Git)

4. Build tools (Maven/Gradle)

5. Performance monitoring and optimization tools
