Job Description
Dynamic Learning & Development Partner to join our HR team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with HR leadership to design, implement, and manage learning journeys across all levels and lines of business (LOBs) in the organization. You will play a critical role in building a high-performance workforce and driving organizational success through innovative L&D initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: - Learning Journey Design: Develop and implement customized learning journeys for various employee levels, including individual contributors, managers, and leaders.
Ensure alignment of programs with organizational goals, business strategies, and individual career aspirations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HR leadership, functional heads, and business leaders to identify training needs and skill gaps across the organization.
Build strong relationships to ensure L&D initiatives meet business objectives and employee expectations.
- Program Development & Execution: Design, deliver, and evaluate workshops, e-learning modules, and blended learning programs.
Oversee the creation of learning content tailored to the insurance sector, including technical, process, and behavioral training.
Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory guidelines (e.g., IRDAI compliance) in all training content.
- Evaluation & Insights: Develop metrics to assess the impact and effectiveness of L&D programs, leveraging feedback and data analytics for continuous improvement.
Provide actionable insights to stakeholders based on program outcomes and participant feedback.
- Innovation in Learning: Introduce new tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance the learning experience.
Drive the adoption of learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
- Leadership Development: Collaborate on the creation of leadership programs to develop internal talent pipelines and support succession planning.
Facilitate coaching and mentoring initiatives to foster leadership growth.
- Operational Excellence: Manage the end-to-end execution of L&D programs, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and reporting.
Ensure seamless coordination with trainers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Experience: 5 to 8 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
Proven track record in designing and implementing L&D strategies for diverse organizational levels.
- Skills: Strong instructional design and content development expertise.
Exceptional facilitation and presentation skills.
Proficient in LMS platforms, e-learning tools, and learning analytics.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master s degree preferred).
Certifications in L&D, instructional design, or behavioral training (e.g., CLDP, ATD, etc.) are a plus.
- Mindset: Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.
Excellent interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate across levels.
Passionate about employee development and organizational growth.
