If your answer is YES, then this is the role for you.
ACKO is on the lookout for an Influencer Marketing Specialist who can blend creativity with performance marketing to drive impactful influencer-led campaigns. You won t just be picking influencers you ll be orchestrating high-ROI partnerships, negotiating deals, and tracking performance down to the last conversion.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who understands the science behind influencer marketing what works, what doesn t, and how to make every rupee count.
- Plan and execute influencer collaborations with a performance mindset ensuring content drives engagement, clicks, and conversions.
- Use data to identify the right influencers (not just the biggest names) for each campaign.
- Run experiments across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) to test and refine what works best.
- Cultivate deep, ongoing relationships with influencers and creator networks to build a sustainable influencer ecosystem.
- Negotiate deals smartly securing the best ROI while ensuring influencers feel valued and aligned with the brand.
- Work closely with influencer marketing agencies to scale impact and execution.
- Set up a clear measurement framework to track influencer impact views, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Build and maintain a real-time influencer dashboard to track campaign performance.
- Report insights and learnings to optimize future campaigns.
