Job Description

We seek an experienced Parts Procurement Specialist to facilitate efficient communication and coordination between our garage and insurance companies for accidental vehicle damage repairs. The ideal candidate will ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of parts, ensuring seamless repair processes.

They should also be open to daily travel to garages.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with garage personnel and insurance companies to obtain required parts information and approvals.

2. Source and procure parts from authorized suppliers/dealers, ensuring compliance with quality standards and warranty requirements.

3. Negotiate prices, lead times, and delivery schedules with suppliers.

4. Manage and maintain accurate records of parts orders, receipts, and inventory.

5. Communicate and follow up with insurance companies for approvals, payments, and resolution of disputes.

6. Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

7. Collaborate with garage staff to prioritize repairs, minimize downtime, and optimize workflow.
