Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales through proactive outreach, lead qualifications, and building strong relationships with prospects. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively reach out to potential clients through phone calls, emails, and social media to generate new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by identifying key decision-makers and nurturing relationships.
• Track and manage all sales activities in the CRM system, ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
•  Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
