Achilles - Applications Support Engineer - Troubleshooting (3-8 yrs)

Job Description :

We're looking for a passionate and driven Application Support Developer to join our Mumbai-based team.

In this role, you'll ensure the smooth operation of both customer-facing and internal applications, quickly resolving incidents, and coordinating urgent fixes when needed.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide application support and troubleshoot user-reported issues.

- Perform break-fix development to resolve operational challenges.

- Track service levels and handle SQL scripting for custom requests.

- Collaborate with developers to document system knowledge.

- Work with QA teams to ensure smooth testing and deployment.

- Support new application rollouts and proactively prevent issues.

Skills & Experience :

- Minimum 3 years of experience in an L1 role within a structured Application Support or Development environment.

- Proven track record in troubleshooting and resolving application issues.

- Strong knowledge of SQL and Neo4J (Python is a plus).

- Experience with . NET Core, C#, Web Development, JavaScript, Angular (desirable).

- Ability to perform technical troubleshooting at the code level.

- Familiarity with code source control tools (e. , TFS, VSTS).

- Understanding and experience with RESTful APIs.
