- Demonstrated application of market research and data analysis.
- Excellent project manager with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong proficiency in Excel required.
- Candidate should be good in verbal and written communication skill, team player, cost conscious and goal oriented.
- Monthly target of Insurance Sale by independently, Drive through Agent also.
- Visiting client and regularly updating of Client Database.
- Preparation of various MIS reports for business development and planning
- Ensure quality standards are followed with continuous improvement.
- Co-ordination with compliance team on various relevant aspects as and when required.
- Handling different third party products and liaison with clients
- Revenue credit from third party products
- Ensures proper distribution of different mailers.
- Prepare presentation in regard to company different aspect
- Coordinate with different publishing house and media, for co-branding.
- Initiate promotional activities like SMS, E-mailers for branding
- Idea generation as a matter of new initiative
